Ok so maybe if I write everything down and publish it on the Internet I will hold myself to it a little more.
Me and Ryan have been hitting the gym almost everyday for the last month or so (maybe a little longer...) with goals to achieve by summer time :) Bring on the swim suit season!!! It has been such an amazing experience (especially when we get to go to the gym together) Unfortunately that doesn't happen very often because Ryan works and stays in SLC most of the week so he goes to Golds Gym in SLC and I go to The Sports Academy in Logan. It was a little struggle in the beginning to get up and go, and now it is just habit and I love it. Being at the gym is such a stress relief.
The problem I was having... is that I really wasn't loosing much weight *if any* But I am working hard and not much is happening. Soooo the last couple days I have been really concentrating on my eating habits (which I thought I was doing good before). New I am super concentrated... I have been stuck at a certain weight forever and in the last couple days I finally broke it... just barely... but I broke it!!!
Anyways I am blogging this mostly for me so I can have written record and keep myself motivated. My goal is to loose 11 more pounds... so the count down in on!
